Gjatë kongresit Rama ka sulmuar edhe kreun e Partisë Demokratike, Lulzim Basha si kundërshtarin më të ulët që ka pasur ndër vite.

‘Sa më lart të ngjitesh, aq më e fortë është era dhe aq më vetëm je. E me thënë të drejtën, më vjen shumë keq që aq padrejtësisht Lindës i është dashur edhe të përballojë baltën e mëhallës të opozitave tona, por ky është çmimi i lartë që duhet të paguhet fatkeqësisht kur vendos të merresh me politikë në këtë vend.

E aq më tepër, kur të bie hisja, siç më ka rënë mua, siç na ka rënë ne të gjithëve, që të kesh përballë llojin më të ulët të konkurrentëve që ne kemi pasur për vite e vite të tëra tha Rama.
