Një javë pas denoncimit në Fax News, se Universiteti i Shkodrës iu kishte marrë studentëve tarifën e plotë, pavarësisht Vendimit të Qeverisë, për përgjysmimin e saj për studentët me mesatare mbi 6, ka ardhur më në fund dhe një lajm i mirë.
Universiteti ka publikuar ditën e hënë një vendim, ku i kthen paratë mbrapsht të gjithë studentëve që kanë paguar tarifën e plotë, edhe pse për pedagogun Peter Saraçi, edhe në këtë pikë ka disa probleme.
Në një intervistë dhënë për gazetaren e Fax News, Emi Kalaja, pedagogu Saraçi shprehet se përllogaritja e mesatares nuk bëhet sërish sipas VKM-së, pasi llogariten dhe kreditet e mbetura, duke ulur numrin e studentëve që përfitojnë.
Saraçi thotë më tej se koha e lënë në dispozicion sekretariateve të fakulteteve për përllogaritjen e mesatareve më mënyrë që të bëhet rimbursimi është e pamjaftueshme.

Kujtojmë se pak ditë më parë lidhur me këtë çështje foli dhe zv. rektori i Universitetit të Shkodrës, Gëzim Dibra, i cili ka e hodhi fajin në drejtim të ministrisë që sipas tij e interpretoi me vonesë Vendimin e Këshillit të Ministrave.
Pavarësisht se ministria është shprehur se do të përgjysmohen tarifat dhe për studentët që kanë marrë kreditet, edhe pse kanë lëndë të mbartura numri 2 i Universitetit të Shkodrës e gjeti me vend të jepte dhe një koment personal.
Sipas tij nuk është e drejtë që studentëve që kanë lëndë të mbartura t’iu përgjysmohet tarifa, pasi në këtë rast nuk do kishte stimul që ata të mësonin.
“Ne e kemi trajtuar me senatin akademik këtë çështje, derisa ministria interpretoi për herë të dytë vendimin e saj. Nëqoftë se janë paguar tarifat këto janë mangësi të vendimit të ministrisë, tani për mendimin tim nuk është e drejtë që një student që është përsëritës ti përgjysmohet tarifa, se mungon stimuli në këtë mënyrë. Gjithmonë ky është mendimi im, ky student duhet të marrë gjysmën e tarifës, se në këtë mënyrë i bie të jenë të gjithë studentët në listë” tha Dibra një javë më parë.
