Sot është një ditë e shënuar për popullin shqiptar, dita që ndau përfundimisht vendin nga sistemi diktatorial i Enver Hoxhës.
Si sot 29 vite më parë, dhjetëra mijëra studentë e qytetarë shqiptarë u ngritën në protestën më masive, duke shembur simbolin e komunizmit, monumentin e diktatorit Enver Hoxha, që ishte i vendosur në qendër të Tiranës.
Në mes të Tiranës u zhvillua një protestë madhështore, por edhe drithëruese, ku iniciativës së studentëve të Universitetit të Tiranës, të cilët kishin nisur protestat që në muajin dhjetor 1990, iu bashkuan edhe mijëra qytetarë, duke çuar në rrëzimin e bustit të Enver Hoxhës, dhe duke i dhënë fund kështu komunizmit.
Fatmir Çepani ishte njeriu, që me objektivin e kamerës, fokusoi momentet rrëqethëse të rrëzimit të bustit të diktatorit, që tregojnë përleshjen masive në sheshin e Tiranës, mijëra njerëz që vrapojnë, brohorasin e qëllojnë me gjithçka drejt bustit, qentë e kufirit, makina policie, tymues dhe … rrëzimin përtokë të monumentit të diktatorit.
