Nga sa mësohet i moshuari teksa po ecte me motorcikletën e tij, në tenativë për të shpëtuar nga godtja e një tjetër mjeti që po lëvizte në rreth rrotullim ka humbur kontrollin dhe është përplasur në tokë.
Nga përplasja ai ka pësuar dëme në trup dhe ndodhet jashtë rrezikut për jetën në spitalin e Shkodrës. Në vend ngjarje kanë dal forcat e policisë rrugore të cilat kanë nisur hetimin për zbradhjen e plotë të rrethanave të ngjarjes.
Sipas burimeve policore i moshuari ka pasur skfanden në kokë cka e ka shpëtuar nga ndopnjë goditje fatale, ndërsa nga dëmtimet trupore ka pësuar dëmtime .
