Administrimi i aseteve të bllokuara gjatë Operacionit Forca e Ligjit nuk i ka kaluar ende Ministrisë së Brendshme. Ligji parashikon që pasuritë që do të konfiskohen për shkak të këtij ligji, do të kalojnë kryesisht për interes publik
Kështu deklaron ministri i Brendshëm Sandër Lleshaj gjatë një deklarate për mediat nga Drejtoria e Policisë Elbasan. Ai theksoi se Agjencia përkatëse e administrimit të aseteve, e cila parashikohet të kalojë te MB, do të ketë detyrë që të administrojë në funksion publik.
“Jemi pranë Drejtorisë së Policisë Elbasan për të inauguruar një investim të vogël, por shumë të rëndësishëm, i cili është kryer në kuadër të një programi të qeverisë suedeze. Është një program që vazhdon prej vitesh. Thashë një investim i vogël, por që përsëritet shumë herë dhe që bëhet shumë i madh në se e marrim në tërësinë e tij. Vetëm në qarkun e Elbasanit është e hera e dytë që vijmë. Para disa kohësh kemi qenë në Librazhd, tani këtu në Elbasan. Ky investim kryesisht adresohet ndaj nevojave të të miturve, të cilët përfshihen në ngjarje kriminale, qoftë si viktima, qoftë si të prekur, qoftë si pjesëmarrës, në mënyrë që ata të trajtohen në përputhje me standardet më të mira europiane. Me këtë rast i shpreh falënderime qeverisë suedeze, e cila është angazhuar fort në këtë program prej vitesh, me një program, i cili shpërndahet në shumë pika të vogla, por që bën një investim i madh në fund të herës. Ashtu sikundër gjej rastin ta falënderoj edhe për angazhimin e djeshëm në kuadër të Konferencës së Donatorëve për Shqipërinë ku qeveria suedeze prapë ishte ndër kontributorët kryesorë në atë përfshirje dhe aksion të madh solidariteti të shumë vendeve të botës. Policia Shqiptare është e angazhuar fort për ti trajtuar me shumë kujdes çështjet që kanë të në bëjnë me familjen në tërësi, me dhunën në familje, me fëmijët, për arsye se dhuna në familje na prodhon ende shumë probleme. Dhe kemi në objektivat e këtij viti prioritete të rëndësishme që i adresohen dhunës në familje. Së shpejti, do të kemi një konferencë të nivelit kombëtar për të adresuar pikërisht problematikën që lidhet me këtë çështje sensitive. Pra dhuna në familje dhe lufta kundër trafiqeve, e kryesisht të trafikut të qenieve njerëzore mbeten ndër dy prioritetet e mëdha të Ministrisë së Brendshme dhe të Policisë së Shtetit për vitin 2020.”, tha Lleshaj.

Ministri Lleshaj: “Operacioni Forca e Ligjit” tashmë ka filluar aktivitetin në të gjithë Shqipërinë, është ende në hapat e parë, pra në fazën fillestare. Ndërkohë që do të ketë përshkallëzim të intensitetit të punës dhe të angazhimit të operacionit, në Elbasan dhe kudo tjetër. Nuk ka ndonjë objektiv selektiv, për arsye se i gjithë rrethi i personave që përfshihen nga ligji tashmë janë të përcaktuar nga vetë ligji. Në qytetin e Elbasanit dhe në të gjithë Shqipërinë operacioni do të vazhdojë me intensitet të shtuar në mënyrë që të arrihet që brenda vitit, pra brenda afatit ligjor të përfundojë edhe adresimin e të gjithë personave që janë subjekt i këtij ligji.

Do kohën e vet gjykata për të marrë vendimin.

Pra të krijojë kushte të veçanta, të trajtohen fëmijët si fëmijë për arsye se tradita jonë e policimit për fat të keq i ka trajtuar të gjithë në të njëjtat kushte, ndërkohë që standardet europiane kërkojnë kushte të veçanta për fëmijët.
