Konfindustria vlerëson se marrëdhëniet ekonomike ndërmjet Shqipërisë dhe Kosovës janë në nivel të pakënaqshëm dhe mjaft larg mundësive të pasurive natyrore, financiare, njerëzore si dhe interesit kombëtar.

Në një deklaratë të shpërndarë për mediat, Konfindustria deklaron se mbështet pjesën e programit politik të qeverisë së re të Kosovës të kryesuar nga Albin Kurti, në të cilën u theksua rëndësia e vecantë për rritjen e bashkëpunimit ekonomik ndërmjet dy shteteve shqiptare.

“Veçanërisht për t’u përgëzuar është paraqitja e projekteve të qarta të investimeve në sektorë strategjikë si p.sh rruga Gjakovë – Shkodër, tregu energjitik i përbashkët, etj” shkruhet në deklaratë.

Konfindustria vlerëson, se pavarësisht takimeve dhe nënshkrimit të një numri të madh marrëveshjeve së bashkpunimit ndërmjet qeverive të Shqipërisë dhe Kosovës, marrëdhëniet ekonomike dhe tregtare në realitet kanë ardhur duke u vështirësuar në vite. Sipas saj, shumë marrëveshje zyrtare të nënshkruara nuk janë zbatuar nga qeveritë respektive.

“Gjendja e pakënaqshme e marrëdhënieve ekonomikë të sotme dhe vonesat e ndërtimit të Tregut të Përbashkët Shqipëri-Kosovë ka ardhur edhe nga mungesa e vullnetit të vendimarrjes politike të lidhur dhe/ose ndikuar me grupe monopoliste të biznesit.

Përplasjet dhe mosmarrëveshjet kanë arritur deri në pika të nxehta, që kanë marrë pamjen deri të luftës tregtare ndërmjet dy shteteve shqiptare. Përmendim përplasjet tregtare në fushën e disa prodhimeve bujqësore, çimentos, agroindustrisë, etj.

Kompanitë shqiptare nuk kanë qenë në gjendje të përfitojnë edhe nga vendosja e taksës mbi prodhimet me origjinë nga Serbia nga qeveria e Kosovës” përfundon deklarata.
