Policia e Shkodrës ka reaguar zyrtarisht pas përplasjes me armë në lagjen Parrucë, ku mbeti i plagosur një person. Në një reagim paraprak, Policia bën me dije se nuk ka të lënduar por po vijon puna për sqarimin e rrethanave të ngjarjes.
