Pas të shtënave me a.rmë z.jarri në qytetin e Shkodrës, ka ardhur një reagim edhe nga dega e partisë Demokratike në këtë qytet, ku me anë të ishdeputetes. Izmira Ulqinaku thotë se policia është bërë njësh me bandat, urdhërohet nga të fortët e qytetit. Sipas ish deputetes së PD Shkodra kurrë nuk është përballur me një situatë të tillë.

Ditën për diell, përplasje me armë në qendër të Shkodrës! Ba.ndat nuk njohin ligj e as rend! Policia është bërë njësh me to, urdhërohet nga të fortët e qytetit! Sa të mbrojtur janë qytetarët kur policia bën sehir! Po kërcënohet jeta e shkodranëve! Kurrë nuk jemi ndeshur me situata të tilla, çdo tre ditë të përplasen me ar.më kri.minelët në mes të qytetit.

Kjo vjen si pasojë e marrjes në mbrojtje të ba.ndave nga qeveritarët. Edi Rama, Sandër Lleshaj dhe Deputetet e Mazhorancës janë përgjegjes për situatën në Shkodrën tonë, sepse janë ato që po tolerojnë ngjarje të tilla dhe po përkeqësojnë situatën nëpërmjet indiferencës! Shkodranët duan ndryshimin, duan zgjedhje të parakohshme, sepse Edi Rama po e bën qytetin të pajetueshëm! tha Izmira Ulqinaku.
