Ajo ishte e mirenjohur ne shkoder por ashtu si shume specialiste u largua pa shume buje. Do te flasim per nje mjeke te cilen ne Shkoder e njohin te gjithe, per kontributin qe ajo dha ndaj te pacienteve me kancer.

Komunikimi i diagnozës te pacientët me kancer

Komunikimi është një proces kompleks në të gjitha rrethanat, por shndërrohet në një sfidë të vështirë në kushtet e një sëmundje të rëndë. Komunikimi është thelbësor për ofrimin e një kujdesi shëndetësor të përkryer.

Komunikimi përfshin sinjale verbale dhe joverbale. 80% e komunikimit është joverbal ku përfshihet gjuha e trupit, kontakti i syve, gjestet dhe intonacioni i zërit. Një element shumë i rëndësishëm është dëgjimi. Të dëgjosh do të thotë të jesh i pranishëm jo vetëm fizikisht, por edhe emocionalisht.

Komunikimi i diagnozës në mënyrë të kujdesshme përmirëson aftësinë e pacientit dhe familjareve që ta përballojnë më mirë sëmundjen, mbështet emocionalisht pacientin, forcon marrëdhënien mjek-pacient dhe nxit bashkëpunimin ndërmjet pacientëve, mjekëve dhe profesionistëve të tjerë.

Komunikimi i diagnozës si një lajm jo i mirë kalon në disa etapa:

• Faza përgatitore ku planifikohet se çfarë do të diskutohet, konfirmohen faktet mjekësore dhe përcaktohet se cilin person do të dëshironte pacienti të jetë i pranishëm.
• Faza ku në bazë të disa pyetjeve përcaktohet se çfarë di pacienti dhe familjarët e tij mbi shëndetin dhe sëmundjen dhe sigurohemi nëse ata janë në gjendje të përballojnë lajmin e keq.
• Faza e tretë ku në bazë të pyetjeve të ndryshme përcaktohet sa informacion dëshiron të dijë pacienti.
• Në fazën e katërt ndahet informacioni duke përdorur një gjuhë të thjeshtë, të kuptueshme dhe duke bërë pauza herë pas here për t’i dhënë kohë pacientit dhe familjarëve të reagojnë.
• Faza e pestë është faza e përgjigjes ndaj emocioneve. Pacientët dhe familjarët i përgjigjen lajmit të keq në mënyra të ndryshme. Mjeku duhet ta inkurajojë pacientin të shprehë emocionet dhe shqetësimet duke i ofruar atij dhe familjarëve të tij mbështetjen e tij.
• Faza e gjashtë është e fundit në komunikimin e diagnozës. Gjatë kësaj faze vendoset një plan se si do të vazhdohet më tej. Me informacionin që i jepet pacientit bëhet e mundur përfshirja e tij në planin e trajtimit dhe ndjekjes që mjeku vendos.
