Dalin pamjet nga operacioni i parë anti-KÇK në Shijak në pronën e Altin Hajrit, i cili është shpallur në kërkim për pen gmarrjen dhe vra sjen e Jak Prengës. Ndryshe nga çdo operacion tjetër, kësaj herë njoftimi i plotë është lexuar nga një efektive bionde, e cila kishte vënë një palë syze të errëta për të mos e zbuluar identitetin e saj.

Pas konfiskimit, pasuria në fjalë i kalon përfundimisht Ministrisë së Brendshme, e cila do të vendosë për shfrytëzimin ose shembjen e këtij objekti, si edhe do të marrë në zotërimin e saj dhe do të përdorë për interesin publik paratë, makinat dhe tokat që aktualisht zotërohen nga ky shtetas. Policia e Shtetit, nëpërmjet strukturës së posaçme OFL është e vendosur që në bashkëpunim me SPAK-un dhe agjencitë e tjera ligjzbatuese brenda dhe jashtë vendit ta çojë deri në fund këtë operacion jetik, me interes të madh kombëtar e ndërkombëtar
