Dokumente te marra ne arkivat e Vjenes hedhin drite mbi fakte te panjohura, te cilat zbulohen per here te pare para publikut shqiptar por dhe qe mund te lekundin jo pak historine e shkruar ne libra.
Pjeter Logorecit iu deshen 6 vite per botimin e ketij albumi ndersa deklaron se u desh kontributi financiar i nje shkodrani te mire qe ky album me foto historike te shihte driten e botimit , pasi as pushteti lokal dhe as i qendror nuk i kushtojne rendesine e duhur punes kerkimore per te shkuaren e Shqiperise dhe lartesimin e figurave tona kombetare. Ai ka perdorur gjuhe te ashper duke iu referuar kujteses historike dhe pergjumjes dhe indiferences se diplomacise shqiptare.
Ne keto fotografi te shkrepura nga nje grup gazetaresh austriak ne kohen kur Shkodra u udhehoq nga proteskioni i tyre ndersa ato lane gjurme me ndertimin e disa godinave por edhe me zhvillimin social kulturor te ketij qyteti. eetimes
