Trembëdhjetë ditë pasi bëri betimin në Departamentin Amerikan të Shtetit, mbërrin në Shqipëri shefja e re e diplomacisë së Washingtonit në Tiranë.

Kjo video tregon momentin e ardhjes, të Yuri Kim ambasadore e SHBA, fiksuar ekskluzivisht, nga kamera e operatorit të Top Channel Endri Kurti.

Pas një qëndrimi të shkurtër në terminalin VIP nga ku u prit prej stafit të Ambasadës ajo është nisur drejt Tiranës, për të nisur të enjten ditën e parë të punës si ambasadore. Pas Mariza Linos dhe Marcie Ries ajo është e treta diplomate femër që do të drejtojë selinë e Uashingtonit në Rrugën e Elbasanit.

Youri Kim vjen në Tiranë pasi e nominuara Shtëpisë së Bardhë përpara saj Kathleen Kavalec, nuk mundi të merrte dritën jeshile nga senati si pasojë e një lobimi kundra saj për të cilin Fiona Hill ish këshilltare për sigurinë e presidentit Trump tha në kongresin amerikan ,se erdhi nga një parti politike në Shqipëri.

Pasaardhsja e Donald Lu, zonja Youri Kim ka shërbyer në Departamentin e Shtetit si Drejtore e Zyrës së Çështjeve të Evropës Jugore.
