Përkujtimorja e dytë lidhet me ndarjen nga jeta të Ibrahim Rugovës, i cili udhëhoqi rezistencën e shqiptarëve të Kosovës ndaj Serbisë, ndërsa e treta është pikërisht 21 Janari i 2011 që lidhet me vrasjen e katër protestuesve në Bulevard, dhe sipas Bushatit na turpëron sa kohë që drejtësia nuk është vendosur.
