Zv.kryeministrja teknike e PD fiton betejën përballë Ramës

Ish-zëvendëskryeministrja teknike Ledina Mandija ka fituar gjyqin ndaj kryeministrit Edi Rama për shkarkim të padrejtë nga detyra.

Mësohet se kryeministri do ta paguajë Mandijan me 6 paga mujore për shkak të zgjidhjes së kontratës së shërbimit publik pa shkak të arsyeshëm. Mandija ishte drejtuese e Avokaturës së Shtetit në vitin 2013 kur Rama urdhëroi largimin e saj.

Ajo ndërkohë e çoj çështjen në gjykatë, njëkohësisht vijonte punën si zv.kryeministre. Në zgjedhjet e 25 qershorit, Mandija erdhi si propozim i kryedemokratit Lulzim Basha dhe u vendos drejtuese e ‘Task Force’ për monitorimin e mbarëvajtjes së procesit zgjedhor.

Kujtojmë që Rama pasi humbi gjyqin me Francesco Beçheti, ka humbur një tjetër gjyq që do ta paguaj nga takstat e qytetarëve shqiptarë.
