Budizmi është një filozofi dhe një fe e përbërë nga mësime praktike, të tilla si meditimi, për shembull, që pretendon të nxisë një transformim të brendshëm të atyre që e praktikojnë atë. Promovon zhvillimin e mençurisë, ndërgjegjësimit dhe mirësisë, për të arritur një gjendje të iluminimit.

Në budizëm, ekzistenca paraqitet si një gjendje e përhershme e ndryshimit. Për të përfituar nga ky ndryshim duhet të zhvillojmë një disiplinë në mendjen tonë. Duhet të përqendrohemi në gjendje pozitive, përqendrim dhe qetësi.

Objektivi është që të arrini të thelloni emocionet që lidhen me të kuptuarit, lumturinë dhe dashurinë. Për më tepër, për budizmin, gjithë zhvillimi shpirtëror materializohet dhe përfundon me fusha të tilla si puna sociale, etika dhe filozofia

Natyra e karmas në budizëm

Fjala Karma nënkupton veprimin dhe përbëhet nga një forcë që tejkalon gjithçka materiale. Ky lloj i energjisë është i pafund dhe i padukshëm dhe është pasojë e drejtpërdrejtë e veprimeve të qenies njerëzore. Karma bazohet në dymbëdhjetë ligje. Secili prej tyre na lejon të mësojmë kuptimin shpirtëror të ekzistencës

Në budizëm nuk ka zot që kontrollon, këto ligje vijnë nga natyra si ligji i gravitetit universal dhe njerëzit kanë vullnet të lirë për t’i zbatuar ato ose jo. Rrjedhimisht, të bësh mirë ose keq varet vetëm prej teje dhe prej këtij vendimi, varen pasojat për të cilat jemi përgjegjës në pjesën më të madhe.

Dymbëdhjetë ligjet e karmas

Këto janë dymbëdhjetë ligjet e karmas, sipas budizmit

Ligji i madh: ky ligj mund të përmblidhet në shprehjen: “ne korrim atë që mbjellim”. Ai njihet edhe si ligji i shkakut dhe i pasojës: ajo që ne i japim universit është ajo që universi na kthen, por nëse është gjë e keqe, do të kthehet e shumëzuar me dhjetë. Nëse japim dashuri, marrim dashuri nëse japim keqdashësi, do të marrim keqdashësinë e shumëzuar me dhjetë

Ligji i krijimit ne duhet të marrim pjesë në jetë. Ne jemi pjesë e universit, kështu që ne jemi njësh me të. Rreth nesh gjejmë të dhëna për të kaluarën tonë të largët. Krijo opsionet që dëshiron për jetën tënde.

Ligji i përulësisë ajo që ne refuzojmë të pranojmë do të vazhdojë të na ndodhë. Nëse jemi në gjendje vetëm të shohim aspektet negative të të tjerëve, ne do të ngecim në një nivel më të ulët të ekzistencës anasjelltas, nëse i pranojmë me përulësi, ne do të ngjitemi në një nivel më të lartë.

Ligji i rritjes kudo që të shkoni, aty do të gjeni veten. Përballë gjërave, vendeve dhe njerëzve të tjerë, ne duhet të ndryshojmë, jo atë që na rrethon, por të evoluojmë në spiritualitetin tonë. Kur ndryshojmë qenien tonë, jeta jonë ndryshon

Ligji i përgjegjësisë kur na ndodh një ngjarje negative, është për shkak se ka diçka negative tek ne, ne jemi reflektimi i mjedisit që rrethon. Si rezultat, ne duhet të marrim përgjegjësinë për veprimet në jetën tonë.

Ligji i lidhjes gjithçka që bëjmë, pa marrë parasysh se sa e parëndësishme mund të duket, është në lidhje me universin. Hapi i parë çon në të fundit dhe të gjithë janë po aq të rëndësishëm, sepse së bashku ato janë të nevojshme për të arritur qëllimin tonë. E tashmja, e ardhmja dhe e kaluara janë të lidhura me njëra-tjetrën.

Ligji i fokusimit: nuk është e mundur të mendosh dy gjëra në të njëjtën kohë. Ne ngjitemi hap pas hapi. Nuk mund t’i harrojmë qëllimet tona, sepse pasiguria dhe zemërimi do të na pushtonin.

Ligji i dhënies dhe mikpritjes nëse mendoni se diçka mund të jetë e vërtetë, do të vijë momenti kur mund ta provoni. Ne duhet të mësojmë të japim për të vënë në praktikë atë që kemi mësuar.

Ligji i këtu dhe tani të kapemi në të kaluarën tonë na pengon të shijojmë të tashmen. Mendimet e vjetra, zakonet e këqija dhe ëndrrat e frustruara na pengojnë të përparojmë dhe rinovojmë shpirtin tonë.

Ligji i ndryshimit: historia do të përsëritet derisa ta asimilojmë mësimin që duhet të nxjerrim. Nëse një situatë negative ndodh në mënyrë të përsëritur, kjo është për shkak se ka një njohuri në të që ne duhet ta fitojmë. Ne duhet të drejtojmë dhe të ndërtojmë rrugën tonë.

11. Ligji i durimit dhe shpërblimit shpërblimet janë rezultat i përpjekjeve të mëparshme. Një përkushtim më i madh, përpjekje më e madhe dhe, për këtë arsye, kënaqësi më e madhe. Eshtë një punë e durimit dhe këmbënguljes që sjell fryte. Ne duhet të mësojmë të duam vendin tonë në botë, përpjekja jonë do të nderohet në kohën e duhur

Ligji i rëndësisë dhe frymëzimit vlera e triumfit dhe gabimeve tona varet nga qëllimi dhe energjia që përdorim për këtë qëllim. Ne kontribuojmë individualisht në një tërësi, prandaj veprimet tona nuk mund të jenë mediokre ne duhet ta vëmë zemrën tonë në çdo kontribut që japim
