Nga Jorgo Papingji, Visar Zhiti dhe Shyqyri Ballgjini/ Zbardhet VKM-ja: Këto personalitete fitojnë pension të posaçëm

Gjatë vitit 2020, 14 artistë, spotistë dhe ish-të përndjekur politik kanë fituar të drejtën e pensionit të posaçëm ndërsa vendimi është marrë nga Këshillit të Ministrave të marrë më24 dhjetor të vitit të kaluar. Në fushën e kulturës, kanë përfituar piktori i filmit Shyqyri Sako 83-vjeç, si edhe për poetin Visar Zhiti.

Në vendimin e qeverisë thuhet se “Në bazë të vendimit nr. 894, Këshilli i Ministrave ka vendosur dhënien e shtesës së pensionit të posaçëm shtetëror z. Visar Hekuran Zhiti, në masën e katërfishit të pensionit social, por shuma e pensionit, që përfiton sipas ligjit nr. 7703, datë 11.5.1993, plus këtë shtesë, të mos kalojë tetëfishtin e pensionit social”. NJë tjetër shkrimtar të cilit i është aprovuar ky pension i pasaçëm është Ago Nezha që mban edhe titullin “Mjeshtër i Madh”, i njohur edhe për kontributin e gjerë në Shoqatën Kulturore Atdhetare “Labëria”.

Nga ana tjetër, ndonëse është dëgjuar apeli i bërë publikisht nga autori i këngëve Jorgo Papingji, duket se qeveria ka lënë mënjanë figura të tjera të kulturës, si shkrimtari për fëmijë Gaqo Bushaka.

Shyqyri Ballgjini, i cili mban titullin ”Legjenda e futbollit shqiptar” rezulton në listën e sportistëve. Ai ka luajtur shumicën e viteve të karrierës me “Dinamon” ndërsa është konsideruar si një nga sulmuesit më të mirë në epokën e tij, duke shënuar më shumë se 100 gola në Kampionatin Kombëtar dhe më shumë se 50 në ndeshjet për Kupën e Republikës.

Nga futbolli, sipas Vendimit të Këshillit të Ministrave nr. 890, është atribuuar pension i posaçëm dhe për trajnerin dhe futbollistin Faruk Sejdini. Nga sporti i jepet pensioni special edhe ish-volejbollistes Ela Tases, e cila mban titullin “Mjeshtre e merituar” Tase ka qenë 16 herë kampione kombëtare në volejboll, 14 herë fituese e Kupës së Shqipërisë, 10 herë fituese e anketës sportive “10 sportistët më të mirë të vendit”

Ajo është cilësuar volejbollistja më e mirë shqiptare e të gjitha kohërave. I konsideruar si artisti i basketbollit, pensioni i posaçëm i është atribuuar edhe Viktor Papavangjelit.

Nga muzika këngëtari Hysni Zela, vëllait të artistes Vaçe Zela I është njohur e drejta e gëzimit të pensionit të posaçëm nga shteti. Vendimi për pension të posaçëm i marrë nga qeveria një ditë përpara Krishtlindjeve ka përfshirë edhe ishsportistët Valentina Shehi, Ndriçim Spahiu, Rauf Dimraj dhe Edgar Prifti.

Nga ish-të përndjekurit, ka përfituar Zenel Drangu, i dënuar gjatë sistemit komunist me 25 vite burg për arratisje, të cilat i ka kaluar në qelitë e Spaçit. Drangu, gjatë periudhës së burgut, ka punuar si minator, si dhe ka qenë pjesë e “Revoltës së Spaçit” të zhvilluar në datat 21–23 maj 1973. Aktualisht, ai mban postin e kreut të shoqatës së ish-të përndjekurve në qytetin e Shkodrës.
