Shqipëria për fat të keq po përballet vitet e fundit me një hemorragji sociale, ku një numër i madh qytetarësh kanë zgjedhur të lënë vendin dhe të nisin jetën e tyre në një vend tjetër, si për shembull në Gjermani dhe në Francë. Emigracioni po lë pasoja të ndjeshme demografike sociale dhe ekonomike. Ai po prodhon boshatisje të vendit, rëndim te skemës së pensioneve, plakje të popullsisë dhe ulje të numrit të lindjeve, ngaqë ata që largohen nga vendi janë përgjithësisht në moshë të re.
Largimi i profesionistëve si inxhinierë, mjekë, punonjës të teknologjisë së informacionit, infermierë, mësues krijon vakume që nuk mund të plotësohen kollaj. Kjo jo vetëm prej investimit të gjatë ndaj profesionistëve të fushës, por sepse këto janë profesione që kanë ndikim të drejtpërdrejtë në shoqërinë dhe ekonominë e një shteti.
Braktisja kërkon ndërmarrjen e veprimeve urgjente nga qeveria dhe klasa politike, duke e kufizuar këtë dukuri me politika zhvillimi dhe rritjen e pagave shteterore per inteligjencën, te paktën nga korriku 2020. Rritja prej 7 për qind për të punësuarit në shëndetësi nuk po e ndalon boshatisjen e spitaleve.
Ndërkohë Ambasada Gjermane në Tiranë njoftoi qytetarët tanë të bëjnë kujdes kur aplikojnë për vizë pune në Gjermani, për të mos rënë pre e sekserëve që premtojnë lehtësira në aplikim, kundrejt parave. Aplikimi bëhet i gjithi me e-mail dhe pa pagese. Janë me mijëra ata që po mendojnë të shkojnë për pune në Gjermani ose Francë.
