Pritini fiqtë në copa të vogla dhe hidhini në një kavanoz qelqi, hidhni vaj ulliri dhe mbylleni kavanozin me kapak. Lëreni përzierjen të qëndrojë për 40 ditë. Konsumoni një copë fiku para çdo vakti.

Trajtimi duhet të zgjasë për 40 ditë.
