DENONCIMI / Sherbimi i Urban ne Shkoder si ne Afrike!

Sherbimi i transportit urban ne Shkoder i ngjan atij te Kabulit.
As ne vendet e Indise apo Afrikes ku njerezit hypin mbi tavanet e autobuzeve per te udhetuar, nuk duhet te jete kaq keq.

Ketu nuk po flasim per kushte komoditeti apo kondicionere, po flasim per aromen e keqe qe te ze frymen, per sediljet e autobuzit qe edhe kur jane te lira nuk ulet askush nga pislleku.

E megjithate per ta bere kete sherbim me te pamundur eshte pritja e gjate e qytetareve neper stacione qe shkon deri ne nje ore duke mos respektuar oraret e afishuara ne stacione sipas kontrates.

Nga interesimi per situaten e krijuar per kete sherbim mesojme se bashkia Shkoder i detyrohet shuma te medha parash borxh kompanise qe ofron kete sherbim. Ç’ka ka detyruar kompanine te reduktoje sherbimet, duke lene gjat dites vetem dy autobuze te linjes ne pune.

Gjithashtu ka bere te pamundur sherbimet ne autobuze per te ofruar kushte me te mira. Aq sa nuk do ishte e habitshme nese nje nga keto dite ky sherbim te mos ofrohej aspak. Ne kushtet e detyrimeve te medha qe bashkia Shkoder i ka kesaj kompanie, duket se e ka te pamundur per te kerkuar llogari per zbatimin e kontrates.

Ne keto kushte I bej thirrje gazetareve te medias lokale apo keshilltareve bashkiak ta ngrene zerin ne keshillin bashkiak Shkoder per te zhbllokuar kete situate shqetesuese per qytetaret e Shkodres qe marrin kete sherbim.
