Qeveria e Malit të Zi aprovoi sot projektligjin për simbolet kombëtare, i cili është hartuar nga Ministri për të Drejtat e Njeriut dhe të Pakicave, Mehmet Zenka.
Ky projektligj do të jetë në rend të ditës për miratim në seancën e parë të parlamentit. Kryetari i Komunës së Tuzit Nik Gjeloshaj tha për TV Boin se legjislacioni parashikon që flamuri shqiptar të përdoret lirshëm kudo që jetojnë shqiptarët.
Përdorimi i simboleve kombëtare garantohet edhe me ligjin aktual për simbole kombëtare, e gjithashtu edhe me Kushtetutë, por përdorimi i flamurit shqiptar është sanksionuar aktualisht përmes ligjit për rendin dhe qetësinë publike.
Rasti më i fundit i gjobitjes vetëm përse u përdor flamuri shqiptar ishte në Krajë, javën e kaluar. Përveç aprovimit të projektligjit për Simbolet Kombëtare, Qeveria ka kërkuar nga Ministria e Punëve të Brendshme që të paraqesë edhe projektligjin për ndryshimin e ligjit për rendin dhe qetësinë publike, i cili ishte miratuar nga Parlamenti malazez në vitin 2011.
