Zbardhen detajet e operacionit të kryer sot nga Policia e Shtetit për ekzekutimin e masave të sigurisë ndaj 10 personave. Policia ka ushtruar kontroll në 6 banesa, ndër to edhe në banesën e shtetases J. M., për të cilën mëngjesin e sotëm u bë dhe ekzekutimi i masës së sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

Gjatë kontrollit në këtë banesë, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi 9 000 euro.

Si rezultat i hetimeve dhe provave të grumbulluara nga Policia, Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë për Krimet e Rënda Tiranë ka caktuar 10 masa të reja sigurie në kuadër të anëtarëve dhe lidhjeve të grupit kriminal “Bajri”, tha policia.

“Drejtuesi i grupit Bajri, B.B ushtronte ndikim të paligjshëm në Spitalin Rajonal Shkodër, me qëllim që shtetasja J. M, e cila ishte e punësuar formalisht si infermiere në këtë spital dhe në të njëjtën kohë duke përfituar nga kreditimi i pagës. 5 nga anëtarët e këtij grupi kriminal, për të cilët sot u bë ekzekutimi i masës së re të sigurisë, janë ndaluar më parë dhe ndodhen në IEVP. Nga hetimet e kryera, dyshohet se këta shtetas, në bashkëpunimin dhe me njëri-tjetrin kanë përfituar shuma parash nëpërmjet kanosjes dhe shtrëngimit ndaj dy shtetasve”.

Dokumentohen vepra të tjera penale në ngarkim të grupit të strukturuar kriminal “Bajri”.

Gjykata jep 10 masa të reja sigurie në ngarkim të pjesëtarëve të grupit kriminal, për 9 prej tyre janë ekzekutuar masat, ndërsa një shtetas është shpallur në kërkim.

Në vijim të operacionit “OAZ”, gjatë hetimeve të kryera nga Departamenti i Policisë Kriminale, në bashkëpunim me DVP Shkodër, në koordinim me Prokurorinë e Krimeve të Rënda, në ngarkim të grupit kriminal “Bajri”, u arrit të dokumentoheshin edhe vepra të tjera penale, të kryera nga pjesëtarët e këtij grupi.

Si rezultat i hetimeve dhe provave të grumbulluara nga Policia, Gjykata e Shkallës së Parë për Krimet e Rënda Tiranë ka caktuar 10 masa të reja sigurie në kuadër të anëtarëve dhe lidhjeve të grupit kriminal “Bajri”.

B. R. alias B. B, 39 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Ushtrim i ndikimit të paligjshëm ndaj personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

S. R., 35 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Shtrëngim me anë të kanosjes ose dhunës për dhënien e pasurisë”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

I. R., 43 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Shtrëngim me anë të kanosjes ose dhunës për dhënien e pasurisë”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

A. B., 30 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, i dënuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotikëve”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

I. I., 29 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Shtrëngim me anë të kanosjes ose dhunës për dhënien e pasurisë”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

S. A., 34 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Ushtrim i ndikimit të paligjshëm ndaj personave që ushtrojnë funksione publike”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, është shpallur në kërkim, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

J. M., 32 vjeçe, banuese në Tiranë, e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Vjedhja duke shpërdoruar detyrën”, kryer në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në burg”, është ndaluar gjatë mëngjesit të sotëm, në Tiranë.

S. H., 46 vjeç, Shef shërbimesh te materniteti pranë Spitalit Rajonal në Shkodër, i dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës”, kryer në bashkëpunim, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në shtëpi”.

F. H., 48 vjeçe, banuese në Koplik, kryeinfermiere pranë repartit obstetrik në maternitetin pranë Spitalit Rajonal Shkodër, e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës”, kryer në bashkëpunim, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në shtëpi”.

M. N., 50 vjeçe, banuese në Shkodër, përgjegjëse finance në Spitalin Rajonal Shkodër, e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale “Shpërdorimi i detyrës”, kryer në bashkëpunim, Gjykata i ka caktuar masën e sigurisë “Arrest në shtëpi”.

Gjatë operacionit të sotëm për ekzekutimin e masave të sigurisë, Policia ka ushtruar kontroll edhe në 6 banesa të tjera, ndër to edhe në banesën e shtetases J. M., për të cilën mëngjesin e sotëm u bë dhe ekzekutimi i masës së sigurisë “Arrest në burg”.

Gjatë kontrollit në këtë banesë, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi 9 000 euro.

Drejtuesi i grupit B.B ushtronte ndikim të paligjshëm në Spitalin Rajonal Shkodër, me qëllim që shtetasja J. M, e cila ishte e punësuar formalisht si infermiere në këtë spital dhe në të njëjtën kohë duke përfituar nga kreditimi i pagës.

5 nga anëtarët e këtij grupi kriminal, për të cilët sot u bë ekzekutimi i masës së re të sigurisë, janë ndaluar më parë dhe ndodhen në IEVP.

Nga hetimet e kryera, dyshohet se këta shtetas, në bashkëpunimin dhe me njëri-tjetrin kanë përfituar shuma parash nëpërmjet kanosjes dhe shtrëngimit ndaj dy shtetasve.

Departamenti i Policisë Kriminale, në bashkëpunim me DVP Shkodër, nën drejtimin e Prokurorisë së Krimeve të Rënda po vijon hetimet për dokumentimin e plotë të veprimtarisë së këtij grupi të strukturuar kriminal.
