Jetimët që jetojnë në konviktin “Safer Spahia” do të transferohen tek “Arben Broci”, për shkak të rikonstruksionit që pritet të ndodhë në godinën ku ata aktualisht qëndrojnë.

Përfaqësues të tyre kanë qenë të pranishëm edhe në mbledhjen e sotme të Këshillit Bashkiak të qytetit ku edhe kanë kundërshtuar transferimin.

Teksa Drejtori i Shërbimeve Sociale, Filip Vila po fliste për projektin, ai është fyer dhe ofenduar duke shkaktuar një situatë aspak normale.

Aktualisht qyteti i Shkodrës nuk e ka një shtëpi fëmijësh për të gjithë të miturit e braktisur nga prindërit e tyre, dhe as një ndërtesë për të mbështetur të gjithë ata që janë të pamundur financiarisht dhe që kanë nevojë për ndihmë sociale.
