Baret, diskot, lokalet e natës, furrat e bukës, lavazhet, e çdo aktivitet tjetër që prodhon ndotje akustike duhet të marrin tashmë konfirmim për plotësimin e kritereve për zhvillimin e aktivitetit të tyre në bashki. Këshilli i Ministrave në mbledhjen e djeshme miratoi projektligjin për disa ndryshime në ligjin nr.10448, datë 14.7.2011, “Për lejet e mjedisit”, ku ndërmjet të tjerave parashikon edhe shfuqizimin e të gjitha lejeve aktuale të tipit ‘C’ të lëshuara nga agjencitë rajonale të mjedisit.

Në këtë mënyrë qeveria i ka hapur kështu “dritën jeshile” kërkesës së vazhdueshme të bashkive dhe në mënyrë të veçantë Bashkisë së Tiranë, që këto leje të jepen nga pushteti vendor si hallka që është më afër problematikës që shqetëson sot qytetarët. 

Për këtë arsye, pas miratimit të këtij projektligji edhe nga Kuvendi, nga Bashkia Tiranë, aty ku ndodhet dhe numri më i madh i bizneseve në vend, do të lëshohet një leje konformiteti për ushtrimin e aktivitetit për të gjithë këto subjekte, të cilat duhet të përmbushin një sërë kriteresh që do të miratohen më pas nga Këshilli Bashkiak i Tiranës.

Me anë të këtyre ndryshimeve, Bashkia Tiranë dhe njësitë e tjera të vetëqeverisjes vendore, do të kalojnë në sitë çdo subjekt që është kthyer në një shqetësim serioz për komunitetin në vendin që këto subjekte ushtrojnë aktivitetin e tyre të përditshëm.

Lidhur me këtë nismë ligjore dhe risitë që sjell ky projektligj diskutoi sot edhe Këshilli Konsultativ Qeverisje Qendrore- Vetëqeverisje Vendore, ku morën pjesë përfaqësues të pushtetit lokal dhe grupe të ndryshme interesi.
