Këshilltari i Presidentit zbulon çfarë ka në videon, që implikon Ardian Dvoranin

Këshilltari juridik i Presidentit të Republikës, Bledar Dervishaj, i ftuar në emisionin “Tempora” në Ora News, tregoi në se çfarë përmbajnë videot, që disponohen për kreun e KED-së, Ardian Dvorani. Sipas Dervishajt, në video dëgjohet që në mbledhje nuk është diskutuar fare për botimin në fletoren zyrtare emrat e kandidatëve të anëtarëve të Gjykatës Kushtetuese.

“Në 21 shtator është zhvilluar mbledhja e Këshillit. Është miratuar renditja e kandidatëve për secilën vakancë dhe është mbyllur kështu mbledhja për kujdesin që duhet të tregonte kryetari për mënyrën e dërgimit të listave pranë Presidentit dhe Kuvendit, sipas radhës që dikton kushtetuta dhe ligji për Kushtetuesen.

Ka pasur një pauzë mbi 10 ditë që është afati ligjor dhe në datën 8 tetor Presidentit i janë paraqitur dy lista njëherazi për vakancën e parë dhe të tretë. Anëtarët e tjerë të këshillit në datën 21 nuk kanë votuar mbi mënyrën e dërgimit të listave por kanë miratuar vetëm renditjen e kandidatëve”, – u shpreh këshilltari i presidentit.

Çfarë ka në regjistrime? Brenda dhomës së këshillit ka një sistem të regjistrimit audio, për çdo gjë që thuhet. Aty është diskutuar mbi miratimin e listave dhe për kujdesin e dërgimit të tyre në Presidencë dhe Kuvend.

Në 7 nëntor kur u bë mbledhja e këshillit është diskutuar edhe aty gjatë nga përfaqësuesi i Presidentit që kam qenë unë dhe ku jam shprehur qartë se Presidenti ka vullnet që shprehet për këtë vakancë, por nuk mund sepse është para një ndalimi kushtetues dhe për këtë arsye ka pezulluar vendimin e tij derisa të shprehet Kuvendi për emërimin e vakancës së dytë. Këshilli në atë mbledhje nuk ka diskutuar në lidhje me botimin në fletoren zyrtare”, – deklaroi Bledar Dervishaj.
